- Complies with MIL-STD-662F, V50 Ballistic Test: The helmet is tested for fragmentation resistance under the V50 ballistic test, with a V50 threshold of 620 ± 10 m/s for 17-grain fragments and 560 ± 10 m/s for heavier fragments. This ensures the helmet is capable of stopping high-velocity shrapnel and debris encountered in combat and blast environments.
